Start dates and required-in person onboarding
Families can enroll in EP Online at any time, with set start dates available throughout the year—typically once a month. Be sure to check the calendar for upcoming enrollment deadlines and required in-person onboarding dates.
We look forward to meeting your family before you begin classes! At this required, one-time onboarding session, you will:
- Meet our leadership team
- Develop your class schedule
- Receive your free iPad (K-8) or MacBook (9-12)
- Get your school photo taken for your ID
- Provide any remaining enrollment documentation
- Review any support services needed for your student
Once your enrollment is processed, you’ll be able to select a time for your onboarding appointment.
If you have questions or concerns about the required in-person onboarding, call 952-975-7161 or email EPOnline@edenpr.org.

Planning to spend time outside of Minnesota?
Minnesota state law requires students to meet specific attendance and residency guidelines while enrolled in EP Online.
Attendance policy:
Students are required to attend school every day, even in an online learning environment. Attendance can be met in one of the following ways:
-
Joining the synchronous Morning Meeting (K-5) or Connections Advisory (6-12) each morning via Zoom.
-
Completing asynchronous work in Schoology and submitting the Asynchronous Attendance Verification form in Google each day.
Residency requirement:
Students must physically reside in Minnesota during enrollment to qualify for free tuition. According to Minnesota Statute, students who are out of the state for more than 15 consecutive school days are no longer considered Minnesota residents. However, if your family plans to be out of the state for more than 15 consecutive school days, we’d still love to have you in EP Online! Tuition options are available to continue enrollment during your time outside Minnesota. If this applies to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions at EPOnline@edenpr.org.
