Parent-Teacher conferences are a great opportunity for parents/guardians to stay actively involved in your student’s education and visit with the teacher(s) about your student’s academic and social progress this year.
Once the scheduling site opens for your school (see opening dates below), parents and guardians can log in and select a conference time (with the exception of CMS). If you need assistance logging in, please contact the Parent Helpline at 952-975-7094.
Elementary Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for:
- Tuesday, Feb. 11 from 4-8 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 13 from 4-8 p.m.
- Friday Feb. 14 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Elementary conference scheduling takes place online. The scheduling sites OPEN on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 12 a.m. and CLOSE Monday, Feb. 10 at 11:59 p.m.

Middle School Open House Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for:
- Thursday, Feb. 27 from 3-7:30 p.m.
- Thursday, March 5 from 3-7:30 p.m.
There is no conference scheduler for Middle School conferences which are held in an open-house format.
High School Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for:
- Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 4-7 p.m.
- Monday, March 2 from 4-7 p.m.
The high school online scheduler OPENS Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. and CLOSES Sunday, Feb. 23 at 11:55 p.m.
