What is Targeted Services?
Our Targeted Services summer program combines the required educational learning with the fun and energy of summer! Students will strengthen important academic skills while enjoying hands-on activities, small-group learning and opportunities to explore interests. Targeted Services helps students stay connected to learning in a way that feels engaging, supportive, and fun.
- WHERE: Forest Hills Elementary, 13708 Holly Road Eden Prairie, MN 55346
- WHEN: 8:30 a.m.–12 p.m., Monday–Thursday
- Session One: June 22–July 9, 2026
- Session Two: July 20–August 6, 2026
How do I know if my student qualifies for Targeted Services?
All placement decisions are determined by your student’s teacher and the school year Targeted Services Team. Please expect to hear about your student’s Targeted Services referral from your school in February or March. If you have questions about Targeted Services placement, please connect with your student’s classroom teacher or Targeted Services Coordinator.
Do I register my student for summer Targeted Services?
Parents/guardians WILL NOT register their student for Targeted Services on their own. You will receive information this spring regarding which section of Targeted Services your child is in from your school day team, as well as information regarding (optional) transportation.

Afternoon Programming
What if I want my student(s) to attend afternoon programming in addition to Targeted Services?
Students referred to Targeted Services may participate in Eden Prairie Schools summer youth programming – EPIC camps & classes or Eagle Zone school-age care. If interested, families must register separately for these programs.
Summer youth program registration (EPIC and Eagle Zone) opens Monday, February 23, 2026 at 8 a.m. at edenpr.arux.app.
What does the schedule look like when participating in both Targeted Services and afternoon summer youth programming?
