Summer SOAR

Complete graduation requirements over the summer with the help of supportive Eden Prairie Schools teachers!

In EP Online Summer SOAR, high school students from across the state of Minnesota can make room in their regular school year schedules by completing graduation requirements online during the summer. Students can asynchronously access (via Schoology) an assortment of readings, videos, assignments and other digital learning opportunities at their own pace throughout the summer while they receive feedback and drop-in support from a highly-qualified Eden Prairie Schools online teacher.

Students can enroll in up to 2 credits total during Summer SOAR. Each credit costs $200 for a student enrolled in Eden Prairie Schools or $350 for a student enrolled in another school district.  Local students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals alternatively will be asked to pay a $100 enrollment fee that is refundable at the end of the term if the student successfully completes the course. 

Registration for Summer Soar 2024 is now open and will remain available until Thursday, June 6.  Existing Eden Prairie Schools students can register and pay for Summer Soar courses in My Payments Plus. Registered students will receive information about their summer classes in early June.

Courses run from June 12 until August 6 and are completed in an asynchronous, self-paced manner.
