How are you doing????
Parenting during Covid-19 has certainly had its ups and downs! The changes that have been brought on by the Pandemic has challenged our family systems in many ways. Please join us on Wednesday, November 18th for a virtual event for parents, It’s Okay, to Not Be Okay.
We will discuss the impacts of Covid-19 on our families and on our mental health. We will look at how stress shows up in adults and kids and will provide resources to promote balance and self-regulation. We will also share what we are doing at Forest Hills to support your child’s social and emotional development through the use of the Zones of Regulation and mindfulness.
You may choose to attend at either 9:30AM or 6:00PM. Zoom links below.
Let us know if you have any questions. We hope to see you on the 18th!
