Parent-Teacher Conferences Fall 2024
Hope this school year is off to a great start! October is here already and it's time to schedule the Parent-Teacher conferences. This is an important time where we get an opportunity to check in on your student's progress. There will be an option to either attend conferences in-person or online via zoom.
Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on the following dates:
- Thursday, Oct. 10, 3:40 - 7:40 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 11, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 15, 3:40 - 7:40 p.m.
The PickaTime scheduling site OPENS on Friday, Oct. 4 at 8 a.m. and CLOSES on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 11:59 p.m.

Easy steps to schedule your child’s conference:
- Log-in to schedule a conference by clicking on your child's school.
- The first page is “Welcome to the Online Scheduler”. Enter your email address and click on “log-in/ create an account”. Your email address will be your login ID. Your password is your student’s ID number (if you do not remember your student’s ID number, you can find it on the Parent Portal. If you haven't set up an account on the Parent Portal please call the Parent Help Desk at 952-975-7094.). If you have more than one student, use the chart to the right to enter the next ID number and add that student to your account.
- You will see your child’s teacher’s schedule. The names of the teachers are color-coded to correspond to his/her schedule. Once you choose your times, your schedule will be available in printable format and will give you an option to have an email reminder sent to your address.
- Only one parent/guardian will be able to schedule a conference time. Please email your child’s classroom teacher with questions.
- If you would prefer to have a virtual conference, please let your child’s teacher know and they will send you a zoom link.
