Associate principal selected for Eden Prairie High School

Eden Prairie Schools has selected Victor Johnson as the new associate principal of Eden Prairie High School.

Mr. Johnson most recently served as assistant principal at Osseo High School. He previously was an English teacher at Minnetonka High School and FAIR High School in Minneapolis. Prior to that, he taught English and ESL in Madison, Wisconsin, public schools and was an English teacher and dean in Rockford, Illinois. Mr. Johnson has master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Language, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

“We’re excited to have Victor join an outstanding team at Eden Prairie High School,” said Eden Prairie High School Principal Robb Virgin. “He is an instructional leader who uses equity-focused, collaborative, and innovative approaches to improve experiences for students and staff.”

Johnson starts as associate principal later this month.
