1095-C Tax Form:
The Paperwork Reduction Act passed in December 2024 amended the ACA by no longer requiring employers and health insurance providers to send tax forms to the covered individuals under their health plan. Previously, if you were enrolled in district medical insurance - OR - you had a VEBA balance at any point in a calendar year, you would receive a 1095-C Tax Form to include with your taxes. Now, those forms must only be provided when requested by the covered individual.
