1095-B Tax Form:
If you are enrolled in district medical insurance - OR - you have a VEBA balance at any point in a calendar year, you will receive a 1095-B Tax Form to include with your taxes. These forms are mailed in early March each year for the previous calendar year. You are able to file your taxes without it, but be sure to keep it with your records in case of future IRS audit.
