Involvement in Sport and Activities

Eden Prairie Booster Passes

• Adult Pro Pass $115 ( good for all home athletic events available on GoFan)      
• Student Pro Pass $60  (good for all home athletic events available on GoFan)                                      

Athletic event tickets for the 2024-25 school year must be purchased online through the EPHS Events Ticket Page.

• Regular season ticket prices are $5 for students & senior citizens. $7 for adults. Children younger than kindergarten are free.
• Ticket links will open for each sport at the start of the season and will remain open until the end of each event. Please download the GoFan App and show your e-ticket on your mobile device when you arrive.
• You may purchase tickets at the door using credit only (NO CASH). A QR Code will be available to scan at the door using your mobile device. You can pay right from your phone; however, purchasing in advance will be the fastest entry into the game.
• Booster activity passes (punch passes) can be purchased online and used at all HOME regular season games. You will show your mobile pass to the ticket checker at the door each time along with photo ID.
• Students may get VIP access by purchasing a Pro Pass. *Student Pro Passes can be purchased online for $60 and must download the GoFan App. This pass allows students to enter all home regular season games for the 2024-2025 school year. The pass is not valid for Section or State Tournament games. (For current EPHS students only!)

Accessing Student Food Service Accounts:

Eden Prairie Schools has a computerized meal system within Infinite Campus. Each student is assigned a personal identification number (PIN) that corresponds to their individual account.

Deposits to meal accounts (cash or check) for any amount can be sent to school with students.  Please make checks payable to Eden Prairie School District and put your child's name and PIN on the memo line.  Or funds can be deposited online through your parent portal account on a one-time or recurring basis.

Funds remaining in the account at the end of the school year will carry over to the following year.  Parents can log into the Parent Portal through Infinite Campus to access their student’s meal account and view cafeteria purchases. 

Please remember that meal accounts are not intended to be a charge account.  Parents/guardians will be notified by e-mail when the account balance is negative on Tuesdays and Fridays after 4 p.m. through Infinite Campus. You should check your parent portal account often if you do not choose to set up recurring payments.

If you wish to place a daily spending limit on your child's meal account or limit what items can be purchased, please call your school's cashier.

Adding Funds to Your Student's Meal Account Online

The district uses the online system in the Parent Portal for parents to add funds to student meal accounts. Fees for activities, sports, and transportation are paid through Fee Pay. 

The Food Service tool allows parents access to the following food service information:

• Current account balances

• Transactions (food item purchases, account deposits)

• Account history (historical transaction records)

The tool can also be used to add funds to students’ accounts on either a one-time or recurring basis.  The first step is to set up a payment method.

Adding a credit card/debit card/checking/savings account:

1. Click My Accounts, then Payment Methods.

2. Click New at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select the appropriate option (credit/debit card, checking or savings account).

4. Enter all required information.

5. You may choose a nickname to help you identify the payment method. 

6. You may choose to make a payment method your default by clicking Use as default.

7. Click Save.

Adding money to a Food Service account (one-time):

1. Click Pay.

2. Enter the amount you want to add in the Amount field. (If a box is not available for you to enter an amount, the account may not be active and you will need to contact your school's cashier.)

3. Click Add to Cart.

4. Click My Cart. The Checkout Screen displays.

5. Select the Payment Method you want to use.

6. Click Submit Payment.

Automatically adding money to a Food Service account (recurring):

1. Click My Accounts, then Recurring Payments. (Please note if you have multiple students, be sure to first select the correct student in the student dropdown list displayed in the top right corner.)

2. Select a Frequency Option: Weekly, Semi-Monthly (1st and 15th of month), Monthly or Low Balance.

3. Set the required dates and amounts.

4. Select the Payment Method you want to use.

5. Enter an email address for Campus to send a receipt.

6. Click Save.

One-time payments incur a $3.00 fee; recurring payments incur a fee the first transaction, but not the subsequent transactions.

All student parking passes are purchased online using MyPaymentsPlus. You will find parking registration under the "Activities" tab by clicking on this direct link: https://www.mypaymentsplus.com/welcome

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS when registering

Have the following information available: 

• Student’s driver’s license number/permit number

• Students cannot pick up a pass until they have a valid driver’s license.

• Make/model/color/license plate number of a vehicle (any changes will need to be updated through the office)

Schedule for Purchasing Parking Permits

Lot spaces will be filled as parking permit applications are processed online. If you do not see the parking lot listed, that means all parking permits for that particular parking lot are sold out.

Parking Space Availability and Fee- 

• LOT A (Located north of the high school) has 350 spaces. Cost=$350/year

• LOT B (Located next to Aerie Stadium) has 135 spaces. Cost=$350/year

• LOT C (Located east of the high school near the soccer fields/Cty. Rd. 4) has 110 spaces. Cost: $100/year (NOTE: CHANGE FROM $150)

Driver’s License/Car

If you do not have a driver’s license or car but plan on getting one over the summer you may still apply for a parking permit. However, if you purchase a parking permit and are unable to get your driver’s license or car and do not pick up your permit by the end of the 1st week of school, you may be required to forfeit your parking pass for a full refund. 

Parking Pass Distribution:

• You are required to present your current Driver’s License to pick up your parking pass.

• Dates: 

  • Schedule for early pickup days in the fall at EPHS 

    • Pick-up dates will coincide with EPHS Ramp Up, dates TBD

  • If you are unable to pick up your pass in the summer you may park in your assigned lot and pick your pass up before/after school on the first week back to school.

Every student must have a valid school picture ID. Student's in grades 9-11 and new 12th graders, be sure to have your picture taken at Ramp-Up on August 22nd and August 26th.

If you are unable to come to Ramp-Up, you will need to have your photo taken on a Picture Makeup Day. These are currently scheduled for September 6th and October 4. There is no charge for school picture IDs; school-issued student ID cards are needed for various school activities including dances and sporting events.
