Parent-Teacher conferences are a great opportunity for parents/guardians to stay actively involved in your student’s education. All students are learning in a new model this year, so we encourage you to take this important opportunity to talk with your teacher(s) about your student’s progress.
All conferences will be virtual or over the phone, and schools are using online scheduling systems to select available time slots. Once you select a time, you will receive a link via email to the virtual tool that will be used for your conference. If you need assistance logging in, please contact the Parent Helpline at 952-975-7094. Middle School Conferences
Conferencing details will be communicated by CMS on February 8.
Conference dates:
- Thus. Feb. 18, 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Tue. Feb. 23, 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
High School Conferences
Conferences are scheduled on:
- Wednesday, Feb. 17 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 pm
- Monday, Feb. 22 from 4: p.m. - 7 p.m.
The scheduler will open on Monday, Feb. 8 at 6:00 pm and close on Monday, Feb. 15 at 11:55 p.m. If you are unable to schedule, call the Conference Hotline on Friday, Feb. 12 from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Walk-in assistance will also be available at this time in the South entrance. Also, families should call the school directly with issues logging into the scheduler.
EP Online (K-6)
EP Online will not be using the Pick-A-Time tool. No formal conferences for K-6 EP Online students. Teachers meet monthly with students already.
