On September 29, Eden Prairie High School had the honor of hosting the No Hate Tour - Anti-Bullying Assembly, sponsored by the US Marine Corps.
The No Hate Tour is an educational initiative that utilizes the excitement of action sports to deliver crucial tools and information for preventing bullying in a relatable peer-to-peer approach. The program involves top BMX professionals who perform dynamic action sports shows on school campuses while sharing their personal experiences with bullying, conquering challenges, promoting allyship, inclusion, kindness, positive influence, problem-solving, and raising awareness about mental health.
It was truly inspiring to receive messages of community, wellness, and optimism. The powerful messages conveyed during the No Hate Tour align perfectly with our school's theme this year: "Belonging Together." As we embark on National Bullying Prevention Month, we are committed to spreading the important messages of anti-bullying and well-being throughout our community.
