Dance Team (Varsity Jazz)

• Description: Routines performed in jazz and funk styles at various varsity games, Lake Conference competitions, State competitions and dance team individuals Open to 7-12 graders.
• Season start date: Oct. 21
• Fees: $150
• Tryouts: October 21st-23rd, 4:30-6:30 p.m.; Team selection announcement, by 9 p.m. on October 23
• Practice times/dates: After school, evening and weekend practices, performances and competitions
• Location: EPHS Dance Studio
• Please Bring: Jazz shoes, water bottle and come dressed to move.
• Requirements/expectations: Follow all MSHSL rules; attend all practices, performances and competitions; competitive individual auditions for all dances
• Awards/recognition: Various team awards at the conclusion of the season; Varsity Letter awards

Only those who attended spring tryouts and made the team are eligible to register for winter Dance Team
