Hall of Fame Nomination - Eden Prairie Schools

Please use this form to nominate someone for induction into the Eden Prairie Schools Hall of Fame. Nominations are accepted year-round, and after the first year, those submitted by May 30 will be considered for that year’s fall induction. All submissions will be kept on file for future consideration. Nominees may include former students, staff members and community contributors. Inductees must have devoted time and effort and made significant contributions to support Eden Prairie Schools.

Inductee eligibility criteria include:

Accomplishments: Inductees must have accolades or longevity to warrant consideration both at Eden Prairie Schools and for achievements beyond their time at Eden Prairie Schools.
Character: Inductees must have displayed high levels of moral character both within and outside of their activities. Inductees should continue to serve as a positive representative of Eden Prairie Schools.
