2019 Summer Locations, Where to Register 

There will be three sites that host programming. Please make sure to register for the appropriate site based on the information below. 

Oak Point/Eagle Heights

  • Children who attend Oak Point Elementary or Eagle Heights Elementary during the school year
  • Children who are attending EPIC at any point throughout the summer 

Prairie View

  • Children who attend Prairie View Elementary during the school year 
  • Children who attend Cedar Ridge Elementary during the school year 
  • Children who do not attend Eden Prairie Schools during the school year have a choice to attend either Prairie View or Eden Lake in the summer program

Eden Lake

  • Children who attend Eden Lake Elementary during the school year 
  • Children who attend Forest Hills Elementary during the school year 
  • Children who do not attend Eden Prairie Schools during the school year have a choice to attend either Prairie View or Eden Lake in the summer program

2019 Summer Registration Fees & Information

Fees:

  • Standard Rate: $45.00/child, per day (outside of seven days prior to the program day)
  • Drop-in Rate: $52.00/child, per day (scheduled within seven to three days prior to the program date)
  • One-time Registration Fee: $35 for 1 child, $50 for 2 children, $60.00 for 3 children or more
     

*Registration closes 3 days prior to the day you are looking to enroll a child. 
 

Standard Program Rate: The standard summer program rate is $45.00/child per day. Registration must be made seven days in advance of the date that a child is signed up for the standard program rate to apply. 

Drop-in Rate: Registrations that are approved as drop-in days will result in a rate of $52.00/child per day. Approval must be granted, and is based on availability on that day for the site in which the child is attending Eagle Zone. This is to ensure that staff ratios meet the high quality care standard of Eden Prairie Schools and state guidelines.
 

Registration Deadline 

All registrations must be received by May 24th at 4:30 PM to be guaranteed approval to attend the first day of the program, June 12th. 


Items to Bring to Eagle Zone in the Summer 

Program participants are asked to bring various items to Eagle Zone in the summer:

  • Lunch & Beverage
    • A dry lunch and beverage should be brought to Eagle Zone everyday, unless otherwise noted ahead of time by program staff. 
       
  • Optional Additional Morning & Afternoon Snack
    • A morning and afternoon snack will be provided by Eagle Zone, but children wishing to have an additional morning/afternoon snack should bring one with them.
       
  • Swimsuit & Towel
    • On Field Trip days that include swimming
       
  • Appropriate Clothing for Outdoor Play
    • Children should ALWAYS have appropriate clothing for outdoor play
       
  • Appropriate Clothing for Arts & Crafts
    • Children should ALWAYS have appropriate clothing for arts & crafts projects
       

Field Trips

Costs of activities and field trips are included in the registration fee. Transportation will be provided by the Eden Prairie Schools Transportation Department, or a designated charter company, according to school district policy. Eagle Zone t-shirts must be worn for field trip days. Students will be provided one t-shirt as a part of their registration. Additional t-shirts can be purchased on-site.
