Volunteer Spotlight on EPHS PTO

Volunteer Spotlight on the Eden Prairie High School PTO!

For Volunteer Appreciation Week, we’ll be spotlighting volunteers across the district who have gone above and beyond for our Eden Prairie Schools community. Camille Hallen nominated the Eden Prairie High School PTO, to recognize them for their outstanding support during the pandemic!

“The EPHS PTO has worked to find ways to show appreciation to staff throughout the pandemic - as well as creating yard signs for seniors (starting in 2020) as times were so chaotic and constantly changing.

Thank you for thinking of staff and ways to help them cope with shifting processes. From chair massages, to lunch to gift cards. We appreciate you!”

Thank you, EPHS PTO! We appreciate you!

A PTO board and its members are all filled by volunteers. They help build connections among students and families, raise money for school enhancements, and support school staff / teachers. Each school has its own PTO – Early Childhood and Preschool, the elementary schools, middle school and high school – and they offer a great way to give back and be involved in your school community.

Interested in getting involved? Reach out to your local PTO organization, or check out available volunteer opportunities at www.edenpr.org/volunteer.
