CLASS OF 2019
Dear Class of 2019, Parents and Guardians,
Happy New Year! The purpose of this letter is to provide you with important information about Graduation and the Senior Party. Please mark your calendars with these dates to assist in your planning for the end of the school year. As we move through the year, seniors will receive information in a variety of ways and are encouraged to follow @EPHSgrad on Twitter, read the Daily Bulletin, watch the video monitor and check the Senior page on the EPHS website.
Graduation: The graduation ceremony for seniors and their families will be held Friday, June 7 at 7:00 pm at 3M Arena at Mariucci on the University of Minnesota campus. Seniors will begin marching in at 6:45 pm. Ample seating will be available for families and friends, so no admission tickets will be needed to attend Commencement. Wheelchair spaces are available at Mariucci. It is each family’s responsibility to obtain these spaces upon arrival at the arena. Sign language services will be provided.
Cap/Gown Orders: Cap and gown orders have been placed, all seniors have been accounted for in this order.
Graduation Participation Fee: The graduation fee of $25.00 is applied towards some of the costs of Commencement. The diploma, cap, gown and tassel are provided by the school. The graduation fee will be collected on May 30 and May 31 when seniors pick up their caps/gowns. Prior to pick up, all media center, textbook and technology fines must be paid and all overdue books returned to the high school.
Graduation Announcements are available through Jostens. The order deadline is Thursday, February 7, 2019 has been extended to February 18, 2019. Click here for more information.

Each year, parents of seniors host an all-night party at the high school immediately following the graduation ceremony. Registration packets mail March 1st and online registration is open. The cost of the party is $90 before April 15th. It then goes to $100. Anyone registered before April 15th will be entered into a drawing for a Yeti Cooler.
