Description: Provides the class with social and service needs and fundraising; senior class council is responsible for organizing homecoming and graduation

Student Council
Grade Level: Grades 9- 12
Location: Mondays- 7:15- 7:45 a.m.; Wednesdays- Connections. We meet in room 121
Fees: None
Description: Service organization as well as student body government; focus is on developing leadership skills through interaction with students, faculty and community
Requirements/Expectations: Leadership skills, regular attendance, consistent committee participation, dedication
Times/Dates: Every Monday morning 7:15 a.m.; Connections Period every week
Registration/Tryouts: By election only; submit application, short speech given in front of their whole class, interviewed by officers; elected by students from their class and a board of senior officers
New Student Information: Varsity letter of participation; special awards for officers
