Fall Sports Registration
Fall sports start on August 11th and students must be registered before that date. Registration for fall activities starts in the Student Activities Office on July 28th. Registration packets will not be available before that date. The office is open for registration Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We will also offer an evening registration on Wednesday, July 30, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the Activities Office. Students who will play a fall sport and attend Band Camp should register the first week.
Fall sports at EPHS for boys include cross country running, football, and soccer. Girls sports include cross country running, soccer, swimming, tennis, and volleyball.
For those new to the registration process, forms are available only in the Activities Office. The forms require multiple signatures by a parent/guardian and the student. In addition, a student must have a current physical on file. Physicals are good for three years. Records for CMS students with physicals on file will "roll" into the high school system automatically. Please keep in mind that doctors' offices are very busy during the summer. If your child needs a physical, please plan ahead. Students will not be allowed to register or try out without a current physical on file.
