Volunteer Opportunities
Students can stop in the SLIC room to check out one-time or on-going volunteering opportunities in our community such as: helping with pre-school classes at the Family Center, or tutor elementary or ELL students, work with seniors or people with disabilities, Feed My Starving Children, events at the public library, rake-a-thons, and many more. We will keep track of and record student's volunteer hours in our computer as long as they return a form to us confirming those hours.
Volunteer confirmation forms are available in the SLIC room.
Volunteer opportunities change frequently so interested students should stop by often to see new opportunities.
Current volunteer opportunities are listed in the Daily Bulletin.
Resources are available to find the perfect opportunity to contribute to your community and explore areas of interest for possible careers.
