Improv Club / Improv League
Grade Level: Grades 9-12
Location: CRC
Fees: No fee for Improv club. Fee for Improv League is $60 for 2008/2009.
Description: Learn improvisational games and techniques like the ones you see on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" Improv Club meets once a week. Improv League meets twice a week with a professional coach from Comedy Sportz.
Requirements/Expectations: No prior experience needed
Season: Improv Club meets November through the end of March. Improv League meets January through the first week of April.
Times/Dates: Club meets Wednesdays 3-4pm in the CRC. League schedule is TBA.
Registration/Tryouts: Register by email to suech@mac.com or just show up for Improv Club. Improv League requires tryouts. League will take up to 12 people on the team. Tryouts this year will be in Dec or Jan. Improv League competes against other high schools in improv. Competitions are in March. The league also puts on a fundraiser show at EPHS in March.
